MC-777, Miacasa Fire Rated Rolling shutter is the Heavy-Duty Industrial Grade rolling shutter with 3Hours of Fire rating. These types of shutters at normal condition function in the same manner as traditional single motorized rolling shutters. The difference is the material used and the fitting type. And at time of Fire, the shutter automatically comes down at a speed of 250mm/Sec and protect the surrounding from spreading of fire.
MC-777, Miacasa Fire Rated Rolling shutter is the only shutter in UAE which has longest Fire rating as per the UL listing. GI rolling shutter slats are constructed with top quality GI strips of thickness 1.2mm and each slat are interlocked, and end locks are fixed by welding in each alternative slats.
Guide rails are constructed with MS angles of thickness 6mm to form ‘Z’ type standard model. Bottom bar is made with 6mm thick MS angles to form inverted ‘T’ type. Rolling shutter barrel is prepared with modern unspring barrel system and prime painted. Barrel is connected to end plates using shafts and bearings. Shutters are equipped with heavy duty motors and operated with push buttons. All the parts and accessories are made as per UL approved design. The MS Guide and MS bottom bar are under gone corro-zinc coating which protect the parts from rusting. All the visible parts are done with powder coating finish as per customer choice.
MC-777, Miacasa Fire Rated Rolling shutter is ANSI/UL 10B Fire test of Door Assemblies and NFPA 80 standard for Fire Doors and other opening protectives. For the protection against fire, Fire alarm control panel, designed by our Electrical team, which is connected to the Fire cable. So, When the fire alarm gets on, this signal sends to the control panel and make the shutter comes down. The Mechanical protection against fire is the Thermal fusible Link. The solenoid link connected to the motor. When the room temperature rises above 71◦C, the link melts and makes the shutter to come down.
MC-777, Miacasa Fire Rated Rolling shutter has approved Civil Defense Certificate in all over UAE. A Valid Civil Defense Certificate can be provided for the installed shutters. UL label also can be provided, if required for the shutters.
