Glazed doors/ Glass doors from Vulcan designed for use in commercial or residential applications. Available in Single or Double panel configuration with frames prepared for installation in Masonry, Steel or Wood stud construction. Vulcan glazed doors provide appropriate lighting as well as fire safety & security. The use of fire-resistant glazing in modern buildings allows light and vision, improving the user experience whilst protecting against the threat of fire.
Vulcan Glazed Doors are designed to suit any available hardware configurations including locksets & panic exit devices. Vulcan can also build to fit your specific needs in custom door sizes, designs and configurations of hardware.
| Frames | Fire rated doors and frames are made with galvanized steel and then powder coated to required colour. Fire Rating can be achieved from 1 hour to 3 hours. Single Doors from size Width 650-1200 mm X Height 1500-3000 mm can be made. Double Doors from size Width 1200-3000 mm X Height 1500-3000 mm can be made. |
| Shutters | Normally constructed with 1.2 mm thick galvanized steel & can go upto 3mm as per requirements. Shutters come with different lite as per requirements. Designer doors for non-fire rated steel doors are possible. |
| Glazing | Fire rated glass of various manufacturers are used like :Firelite, Superlite, Pyran, Contraflam etc. |
| Hardware | Fire-rated hardware complying to ANSI & British standards can be accommodated. Security hardware starting from the range of single-point locking to five-point locking system is also available. Any customer-specific lock system can also be engineered into Vulcan Doors. |
