Electrohydraulic dock leveler with hinged lip of DLHH series is an optimal solution for warehouses and logistics facilities where it’s necessary to provide fast and secure loading and unloading at the dock. When activated, the leveler lifts and the lip opens turning into a horizontal position. Then the platform lowers until it reaches the vehicle load bed. Once all work is completed the leveler lifts, the lip lowers and the platform returns to its original stored position. Both embedded and suspended installation of the leveler are possible.
Electrohydraulic dock leveler with telescopic lip of DSI series is an optimal solution for warehouse complexes and other facilities with loading docks. It offers time saying flexibility for handling all loading situations including side loads. The telescopic lip can be extended onto the vehicle bed with the utmost precision. Lip segments allow handling vehicles whose bed is narrower than the overall leveler width. When activated, the leveler lifts and the lip slides out. Then the platform lowers until it reaches the vehicle load bed. Once all work is completed the leveler lifts, the lip slides back in and the platform returns to its original stored position. MODL mechanical dock leveler is designed to equip loading docks of warehouses and other logistics facilities. It works without electrical supply and can be used in case of back-up or if an electrohydraulic leveler can’t be installed. The upper deck of leveler is lifted by two operators. As the lip rises, it will automatically swing up and extend. Then the platform lowers until it reaches the vehicle load bed. Once all work is completed the leveler lifts, the lip lowers and the platform returns to its original stored position. Both embedded and suspended installation of the leveler are possible.
MDLM mini mechanical dock leveler is an economical devise to be used for uniform trucks having the same height above the ramp level. This Mini dock can be operated by a single person with a handheld lever. The upper deck is raised, and the lips turns and rests on the truck bed. After loading and unloading the lip lowers and the dock rises and returns to the rest position. Mini dock can be installed either in a pit or the ramp.
Mechanical FT series are coming in two different constructions as Sliding Folding Tracks and Stationary folding tracks. These folding tracks are installed on open ramps to compensate height difference up to 360mm. During loading and un loading for the stationary folding track which is exclusively fixed on a single loading bay can be lowered to the truck bed by using a hand held handle and the sliding folding track the loading and unloading can moved left and right along the guide track and the operations can be performed in different places. The folding tracks complies to the European standard EN 1398.
